Social People which was based in Atlanta and Los Angeles was a strategic digital communications agency that helped brands navigate the social/mobile web thru data driven storytelling. Before launching Social People, Andrews was Vice President, Ketchum PR and launched their initial global social media practice area for clients Monster.com, FedEx, GeekSquad, Nokia, Wendy’s and Newell Rubbermaid. In 1999, Andrews built and sold email newsletter SoulPurpose.com to UBO a digital entertainment company. Andrews has an ability to weave his unique career background in entertainment, technology, media and marketing to create new possibilities and products. When he is not managing a client’s vision for emerging technologies, lecturing at a university, or appearing on tv or radio, Andrews spends his time building experiments, developing new products and driving conversations online. Don’t be surprised to see him in your city meeting with investors, DJing a great party or appearing on your local morning radio show talking innovation, culture and technology. Atlanta is the city that he calls home and it’s from this home base that he is able to make magic happen.
