CEO, Western Wisconsin Health
Alison Page, MSN, MHA, FACHE is a health care CEO with a wide range of operational and organizational leadership experience. She has extensive involvement in leading community improvement efforts, with specialties in strategic planning, health care operations, governance, cultural change, ethics and accountability, and patient safety. Alison joined Western Wisconsin Health, formally the Baldwin Area Medical Center, as its CEO in 2009. Previously she was a member senior administrative team of Fairview Health Services, a large, integrated health care delivery system in Minnesota. At Fairview, Alison served as the company’s Chief Safety Officer for seven years. Prior to that, she oversaw operations of Fairview Red Wing Health Services.

Alison received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Marquette University. She holds a Master of Science degree and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree, both from the University of Minnesota.
A western Wisconsin native, Alison grew up in River Falls where she lives with her spouse, David. They have five adult children and four grandchildren. In addition to her work life, Alison serves on many boards and volunteers with various organizations, all focused on health care, education, environmental sustainability and community development. When not at work, Alison enjoys jogging, gardening, travel and her family.
