“Having engaged with coaches and become familiar throughout my career with traditional approaches to one’s own development, I found Pam and the ShermanEDGE program to be very unique and the missing ingredient in my own personal and professional growth. Learning to engage with others through language and attention to presentation, and connecting at an emotional level is what leaders must do. Looking back, as positive as the engagement was in the moment, I couldn’t have appreciated how impactful it would be on my career and how I would continually draw upon its references and learnings.”
