We utilize our unique Frientorship™ process for both individual leadership development and for organizational development, each of which dramatically impacts workplace culture and employee engagement. Step One: Assess. We use a combination of an electronic survey and personal interviews to understand leadership capabilities and take your organization’s temperature. Step Two: Plan. We help you focus on two or three key development areas and build a purposeful blueprint designed to achieve your goals. Step Three: Measure. We track progress against the goals we’ve set, allowing for flexibility to capture quick wins and invest more energy where it’s needed the most. At each stage of this process, we are connecting people within your organization to each other, fostering the relationships your leaders and employees need to feel invested in their work and in your company. This process delivers the results you need to build strong leaders and highly-engaged employees.
