He led the U.S. Army’s effort to create a network of enablers connecting Soldiers, Veterans, and families with employment, education, and healthcare required to successfully reintegrate into civilian society. To achieve this goal, he linked Army, government and community efforts to build relationships that support 135,000+ transitioning Soldiers and their families each year. Throughout his distinguished military career, Adam served in various infantry and special operations units with numerous deployments overseas supporting the War on Terror.
Adam continues his mission to assist service members and their families in his civilian career at FASTPORT, Inc. where he is Vice President of Military Engagement. In this role, he works to bridge the gap between Veterans and employers through company outreach, training, and strategy since educating employers on the value of hiring Veterans and Military Spouses stands as the key to accomplishing his ultimate goal: providing real economic opportunity to the military community. Adam is a staunch advocate for Veterans and their families and serves as an advisor on a variety of Veteran-serving organization boards.
