Change happens. We can either be open and flexible to it or let it steamroll us. We don't always have control over our changing circumstances, but we do control our reactions. There's only one reaction that's not acceptable: quitting. You can't quit. You may have to communicate your needs; you may have to try something new. But you can't give up. Joel's presentation reinforces this message through his dynamic interactive skits.
